Do you celebrate Fat Tuesday? We have ever since our first trip to New Orleans when we fell in love with the food, the people and the customs. Our group was responsible for planning entertainment for the month of February so we planned a Fat Tuesday dinner that included all the standards. We had gumbo, jambalaya, bread pudding and even king cakes.

| We even had a parade, with convertibles and motorcycles and a Queen and King who threw out beads and candies. |

| It was a hoot! The food was great, the people were fun, the music was load, it was a good night. |
