Night before last after a long day of shopping we went to dinner at The Shed. They having been serving for 56 years in Santa Fe. The building alone would be worth the trip, but the food was fantastic. ( We have to get out of this town or we will not fit in any of our clothes)
Jay gave it 4 forks, which for him is high praise.
He had steak smothered in red chili sauce and a cheese enchilada.
Santa Fe is such a great town!

He has taken the bait, now I just have to reel him in. Seeing the good food you're experiencing is sure to help LOL. I'm retired but he has a few years left to work, but has pretty good vacation time, so we are just thinking about in state travel for a while to get our feet wet.
