The Shed, Santa Fe dining

Night before last after a long day of shopping we went to dinner at The Shed. They having been serving for 56 years in Santa Fe.  The building alone would be worth the trip, but the food was fantastic. ( We have to get out of this town or we will not fit in any of our clothes)

Jay gave it 4 forks, which for him is high praise.

He had steak smothered in red chili sauce and a cheese enchilada.

I had a chicken taco and cheese and onion enchilada, ate every bite!

Yesterday we went shopping in Madrid, the little town where Wild Hogs was filmed, I will try to do a post later.

Today is our last day and we are trying to decide how we spend it.

Then tomorrow we start this thing up and head east, should be home by Saturday.

  1. Hi, I am your newest follower and a fan of trailers and traveling. I have been working toward talking my husband into purchasing a secondhand travel trailer and just giving it a try. He has taken the bait, now I just have to reel him in. Seeing the good food you're experiencing is sure to help LOL. I'm looking forward to sharing your adventures through this blogging media and showing Steve just how much fun we can have. I'm retired but he has a few years left to work, but has pretty good vacation time, so we are just thinking about in state travel for a while to get our feet wet. God bless your travels, Connie :) P.S. please accept my invitation to visit my blog, hopefully you will decide to follow me, too.
