Yesterday it was 105 here in Apache Junction, which broke their record for the date. Goodness it was hot, the first night we had to leave the air on when we went to bed. But today it is only going to be in the high 80's so it will be much nicer.

I will just say, I think we might have enjoyed it more if we were about 10 years older, but maybe not. They are all good musicians, unfortunately they didn't play that much. There was a great deal of "comedy".
I thought since I didn't have a great review for our evening out, I would share some pictures J took on his ride yesterday. I am sorry, I forgot the name of the canyon, but it is beautiful isn't it? The cactus are starting to bloom. I will try to take some pictures of the many varieties this weekend.
