What I have been up to

I finally decided to take a picture of a few of my latest projects before I put them in the mail. My neighbor Tanis agreed to model for me.  The necklace is crocheted, seven strands of yarn, varying lengths, with beads here and there. And I made the green scarf out of fun fur on the small knitting loom. These are birthday presents for my niece ( she does not read the blog, so I am safe showing them to you).

This is a bracelet we made yesterday with Swarozski crystals. Each color represents a different type of cancer. You wear it in memory of your friends, family and loved ones who have had there lives attacked by cancer. I think it is a beautiful bracelet and each time I look at it I remember to pray for all those who are fighting. Izzie and I are off to the post office to mail packages. Hope you all have a lovely day.

  1. Love the bracelet. Could you do it with inexpensive beads? Be sure to check out my pictures.
