Little did we know that Karen Carpenter really did have a problem..anorexia.... We all have the song going on in our heads every once in a while...I just let myself feel it for a day then try to do something good for myself the next...go for a walk, have a glass of wine with lunch ..take care and feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that your feelin down. I hope you are gentle and good to yourself when you feel this way. When I feel down I try to let myself feel it and usually find that there is something causing it and then I try to do something that makes me feel good. I hope you feel better soon. ((((Joyce))) :)
